Lezlie Jane’s Spinning Water sculpture marks each of the entrances to the park. Created from vintage light poles, they are crowned with a triple canopy of vortexes or metal “ribbons” bent & welded into spiral shapes. The vortexes are 9 feet in diameter. The Baqua uses colorful glass imbedded in black concrete to compose a mosaic vortex. The 4-foot circular Baqua is set flush into the center of the pedestrian plaza.
