Baker Ave NW & NW 42nd St, Seattle, WA 98107, USA
Tucked in the Fremont neighborhood on a west-facing slope, Hazel Heights P-Patch offers 19 community garden plots and a view of the Olympic Mountains. The p-patch includes an artistic mosaic sign, rainwater cistern, beehive, and a variety of fruit trees. Community gardeners donate a portion of the garden’s harvest to food banks regularly. The garden’s winding path is a welcome reprieve from the urban grid.
