Late one night several years ago, a UW art school grad and friends installed a metal sculpture in the 14th Ave NW median just north of NW 58th St. City street crews have allowed it to remain, and the good folks at Blowing Sands Gallery just to the west have maintained the vegetation around it, and have a beautiful metal fish sculpture by Dan Klennart on the facade of their shop facing it.
